CALL FOR
ENTRIES
This is an open call to all designers, architects, craftsmen and artists to submit their work to REFORM 18.
REFORM Design Biennale is a biannual exhibition space, a common ground and a movement for a new generation of designers, craftsmen, architects and artists challenging traditional ways of thinking — it is a free space to experiment in order to investigate and create new functions, expressions, ideas, processes, craft and technologies — it is a space for creating and debating.
Deadline for applications is December 1st 2017.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES Your application must contain a description of the concept of your project. A presentation of outlines, materials, shaping, details and the like can be included, but the entire application cannot be more than one A4 page. The page should be marked with name and contact information. The application must be in English and in PDF-format.
We do not accept projects that have already been exhibited.
You can apply for REFORM, if you are a designer, architect, craftsman or artist or a very talented student on your way to become one of the above.

To REFORM is the action or process of making changes. Changes within a number of different areas. REFORM is a unique chance to investigate and ponder notions like:
PROCESS Rethink the process from idea to end product. Invent new methods for production or for thinking. Explore other sciences and knowledges.
FUNCTION Challenge function and use. Create new function or rethink the existing. Examine the concept of function.
MATERIAL Experiment with material and the capacity of it. Invent new or question old. Revolutionize the inherent potential.
FORM Investigate form and physique. Dare to reform lines and details and evolve compositions and expressions.
CONCEPT Question the concept. Wonder, provoke and search the boundaries within design and craft in order to rethink an abstraction.
